Refunds & Returns Policy
Fragrance is personal, but authenticity, condition, and delivery expectations must remain clear.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of perfume and hygiene-sensitive sealed goods, Maison Aroma generally cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Maison Aroma within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product. We will assess the case and provide the appropriate next step.
Sourced-to-order items
Sourced-to-order fragrances are purchased internationally after your order confirmation. They require full upfront payment and are subject to the approximately 3-week delivery timeline shown before checkout.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Bank and gateway processing times may apply.
Non-returnable cases
Maison Aroma may decline returns where a product has been opened, sprayed, damaged after delivery, stored incorrectly, or where the customer no longer wants a correctly supplied sourced-to-order product.
