Yes. Maison Aroma only sells authentic fragrances sourced through trusted global supply channels. We do not sell replicas, testers represented as retail units, or inspired-by products.
What does In Stock mean?
In Stock means the fragrance is currently available in South Africa and can move through the standard dispatch process after payment confirmation.
What does Sourced to Order mean?
Sourced to Order means the fragrance is sourced internationally after your order is confirmed and paid. Delivery takes approximately 3 weeks unless Maison Aroma communicates otherwise before purchase.
Do I pay upfront for sourced-to-order fragrances?
Yes. Sourced-to-order fragrances require full payment upfront because Maison Aroma secures the item internationally after confirmation.
Which delivery options are available?
Customers can choose Pudo locker-to-locker collection or The Courier Guy door delivery. Delivery fees are shown at checkout, and orders above the free-shipping threshold qualify for free delivery.
Can I order by WhatsApp?
The website checkout accepts online PayFast payments. For larger private orders, WhatsApp support may assist with manual EFT arrangements before the order is processed.
