Backorder Policy
This is the policy that protects trust: sourced-to-order timelines are shown before purchase, in cart, and at checkout.
What Sourced to Order means
A sourced-to-order product is not immediately held in local stock. Maison Aroma sources the fragrance internationally after your order is confirmed and paid.
Delivery timeline
Sourced-to-order fragrances are delivered within approximately 3 weeks unless a different timeline is communicated before purchase.
Payment
Full upfront payment is required for sourced-to-order products. Maison Aroma does not offer deposits for these orders.
Customer acknowledgement
When your cart contains a sourced-to-order product, checkout requires acknowledgement of the approximately 3-week sourcing timeline before payment.
Communication
If a sourcing issue materially affects the order, Maison Aroma will contact the customer directly using the supplied email or WhatsApp number.
